The User Conduct Policy establishes guidelines for acceptable behavior when using our services, including prohibited activities and consequences of violations. At Beastmode Bootcamp and within the Fit Matrix app ecosystem, we pride ourselves on building a high-energy, supportive, and elite environment. To maintain a safe, fair, and motivating space—both on the gym floor in Vineland, NJ, and online in our digital recruiting and fitness tracking platforms—all members, athletes, parents, and visitors must adhere to this User Conduct Policy.
1. In-Facility Code of Conduct (Vineland, NJ)
When training at or visiting our physical facility, you agree to the following terms:
Respect the Community: Treat all trainers, staff, and fellow members with courtesy and respect. Verbal abuse, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or derogatory language of any kind will result in immediate removal and membership termination.
Safety & Equipment Care: Follow all equipment safety guidelines and staff instructions. Rerack your weights, return training gear to its proper place, and wipe down machinery after use. Reckless behavior that risks your safety or the safety of others will not be tolerated.
Youth Protection: As a premier youth athletic training facility, we maintain a strict standard of safety for minors. All interactions on the gym floor must remain positive, constructive, and safe. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring youth athletes follow staff directives.
2. Digital Platform Code of Conduct (Fit Matrix App & College Connect)
Our digital platforms are built to showcase genuine talent and drive real athletic progression. To protect the integrity of our network, users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:
Falsifying Metrics: You may not intentionally upload fake, exaggerated, or manipulated athletic stats, weightlifting volumes, times, or academic records. The College Connect hub relies on high-signal, honest data for collegiate scouts.
Impersonation: You must not create fraudulent accounts, impersonate other athletes, or falsely claim to be a college coach, scout, athletic recruiter, or corporate representative.
Scouting & NIL Abuse: You may not use our digital directories to harass, spam, or inappropriately solicit college scouts, coaches, or corporate NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) partners. All communication must remain strictly professional.
Data Scraping & Misuse: You may not use automated bots, scrapers, or software to extract data, athlete profiles, or proprietary tracking metrics from the Fit Matrix app.
3. Enforcement and Consequences
We reserve the ultimate right to review behavior, moderate digital content, and investigate any reported violations of this policy. Failure to comply can result in:
A formal warning or temporary suspension from the gym or app.
Permanent ban from the Vineland, NJ physical facility.
Immediate termination of your Fit Matrix app account and deletion of your digital athlete passport without a refund.
Legal action if fraudulent activity harms our business, athletes, or collegiate partners.
