This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, purchase products from our e-commerce store, join our facility, or use the Fit Matrix app.

Athletic Profile Data: Stats, videos, and academic metrics uploaded to your Fit Matrix digital athlete passport or the College Connect recruitment hub.

Provide, maintain, and optimize our physical gym facility and the Fit Matrix app.
Process e-commerce orders, ship apparel or products, and handle returns.
Facilitate college athletic scouting, recruitment exposure, and corporate NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) partner matching as part of our specialized programs.
Send transactional emails, updates, and marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time).
3. Data Protection for Minors (COPPA Compliance)
Because we offer youth sports training, we are highly sensitive to the privacy of minors.
We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental or legal guardian consent.
Any youth athletic profiles, digital athlete passports, or app registrations for minors under 13 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. If we learn we have collected data from a minor under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

Service Providers: Wix (website hosting/e-commerce platforms) and secure payment processors.
College Recruiters & Scouts: Verified metrics, athletic profiles, and contact details uploaded to the College Connect hub are intentionally made visible to collegiate scouts and athletic programs per your user settings.
NIL Partners: Corporate sponsors seeking prospective athletes may view public profiles within our platform's NIL directory.
