1. No Guarantee of Recruitment or Scholarships

The College Connect recruiting hub is a high-signal platform designed to help student-athletes build a digital athlete passport, compile verified athletic metrics, track progress, and showcase data to college scouts.

• No Recruiting Guarantee: Beastmode Bootcamp and the Fit Matrix app provide the infrastructure for exposure, but do not guarantee that any athlete will be scouted, contacted, recruited, or offered an athletic or academic scholarship by any college, university, or athletic program.

• User Responsibility: The success of college placement depends entirely on the athlete’s academic eligibility, athletic performance, communication with coaches, and the independent decisions of collegiate scouting networks.

Our NIL programs educate youth and amateur athletes on brand building, compliance, and marketing.

• No Financial Guarantees: We provide tools to help connect athletes with potential corporate partners and local businesses. However, we do not guarantee that any athlete will secure monetization deals, corporate sponsorships, endorsements, or financial compensation.

• Compliance: Compliance with local high school athletic associations (e.g., NJSIAA in New Jersey) and collegiate governing bodies (NCAA, NAIA) regarding NIL regulations is the sole responsibility of the athlete and their legal guardians. Beastmode Bootcamp is not responsible for any loss of amateur eligibility resulting from user-negotiated contracts or external business dealings.
