These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beastmode Bootcamp website, our physical fitness center in Vineland, NJ, and the Fit Matrix mobile app. By accessing our Services, purchasing items from our shop, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account Security
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account independently. Minors participating in youth sports training or using the Fit Matrix app must do so under the supervision and with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, text, graphics, proprietary features of the Fit Matrix app (including the "digital athlete passport" structure and "macro-stack metrics"), and marketing materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Beastmode Bootcamp LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any portion of our platform without prior written consent.
3. User Conduct on App & Recruiting Hub
When utilizing the Fit Matrix app and the College Connect recruiting hub, you agree not to:
Upload false, fraudulent, or unverified athletic metrics or academic records.
Impersonate any person or entity, including college scouts, coaches, or other athletes.
Post harmful, defamatory, explicit, or harassing content. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without refund, for violating these conduct guidelines.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beastmode Bootcamp LLC, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our digital platforms or participation in our physical programs.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
